Roscoe (could also be named Rowdy!!) is a tiny little spitfire. He is full of energy- loves to play with the other dogs and will try to get human attention at every oportunity! Even though he is little - he wil need an active lifestyle- anopther dog would be good and probably some kids or an active adult.
