Francis, Parker, and Riley were country strays until a CVRR volunteer began fostering them in Februrary. They’ve spent the last 2 months learning how to trust people and be brave. As the big brother, Francis is the boldest of the trio. Francis loves playing with the adult cats in the foster home. He follows his foster mom wherever she goes and he enjoys plenty of lap time.  After a rough start in life, Francis never wants to be cold or wet or hungry again. He is looking for an inside only home where he can be pampered and safe.
